PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and gift cards. For schools and other authorized institutions, we offer house charge accounts. Please call Jo Ann Buettner at the store for details and to request a credit application.
TERMS
Net 30 days for customers with approved house charge. Remittance must accompany orders from individuals.
PRICING
All prices listed are subject to change based on possible manufacturer adjustments. We invoice at the latest manufacturer's suggested retail price and take every measure to keep our prices low!
ORDERING
There are several options available for ordering. You may call, mail, e-mail, order online, or visit our retail store.
SHIPPING
If you are ordering on-line, an e-mail will be sent to you indicating that your order has been received. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $9.95. 15% shipping for orders under $100. 10% shipping for orders over $100. Oversized and overweight items will be charged actual freight and could incur an additional charge.
DAMAGES
When your products arrive, please inspect immediately. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please call our store, as soon as possible, to report damages. Any damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.
RETURNS
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please refer to our return policy. Parent Teacher Tools & Toys reserves the right to not offer returns on items that are not normally carried in our physical store.
